InsureDial

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 20, 2026

InsureDial provides licensed insurance agents a service that places calls to insurance carriers on the agent’s behalf, navigates the carrier’s phone menus, and connects the agent to a live representative. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers we share with

We share data only with vendors that help us run the service, under agreements that limit their use of it:

Call recording

Where call recording is enabled, we record calls you place so we can transcribe them and generate summaries. Recording and consent laws vary by state. You are responsible for complying with applicable call-recording laws and for providing any disclosure or obtaining any consent required from other parties on the call.

Data retention & security

We keep account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Sensitive identifiers (SSN last-four, date of birth) are encrypted at rest. Per-call client/policy details are not retained after the call is placed. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Your choices

You may access, correct, or delete your account information, and disable call recording, by contacting us. Closing your account removes your stored profile and call history.

Children

InsureDial is for licensed insurance professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
