Privacy Policy
InsureDial provides licensed insurance agents a service that places calls to insurance carriers on the agent’s behalf, navigates the carrier’s phone menus, and connects the agent to a live representative. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Information we collect
- Account details — your name, email, and agency name.
- Producer credentials — your National Producer Number, writing/agent numbers, ZIP, and (encrypted at rest) the last four digits of your SSN and your date of birth. We use these only to verify you with carriers when a call requires it.
- Per-call client details you enter — when you place a call on a policyholder’s behalf you may enter policy/owner information (e.g. policy number, owner name, last-four SSN). This is passed to the carrier’s phone system to place that one call and is not stored in your account.
- Call data — the carrier and department dialed, timing (including time to reach a live rep), call status, and, where recording is enabled, call recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries.
- Phone numbers — the outbound calling numbers we provision for you through our telephony provider.
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your card number.
- Usage data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use your information
- To authenticate you with carriers and place and route your calls.
- To produce call timing, transcripts, and AI summaries for your records and your agency’s oversight.
- To provision and manage your calling numbers.
- To bill your subscription and provide support.
- To maintain the security and reliability of the service.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers we share with
We share data only with vendors that help us run the service, under agreements that limit their use of it:
- Twilio — placing calls and provisioning phone numbers.
- Deepgram — speech-to-text used to detect a live rep and transcribe calls.
- Anthropic — AI used to navigate phone menus and summarize calls.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Supabase — secure database and authentication hosting.
Call recording
Where call recording is enabled, we record calls you place so we can transcribe them and generate summaries. Recording and consent laws vary by state. You are responsible for complying with applicable call-recording laws and for providing any disclosure or obtaining any consent required from other parties on the call.
Data retention & security
We keep account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Sensitive identifiers (SSN last-four, date of birth) are encrypted at rest. Per-call client/policy details are not retained after the call is placed. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Your choices
You may access, correct, or delete your account information, and disable call recording, by contacting us. Closing your account removes your stored profile and call history.
Children
InsureDial is for licensed insurance professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
