Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of InsureDial. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. What InsureDial is
InsureDial is a tool for licensed insurance agents to place their own calls to insurance carriers using their own credentials. Our system dials the carrier, works through the phone menu, waits on hold, and rings you when a live representative is reached. InsureDial is not an insurance carrier and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any carrier.
2. Eligibility
You must be a licensed insurance producer (or authorized agency staff) and at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. Your responsibilities
- The information you provide (your producer credentials, and any client/policy details you enter) is accurate and that you are authorized to use it.
- You comply with each carrier’s terms, applicable laws, and your appointments and licensing.
- You are the party on the call. The service identifies you as the agent and never poses as a policyholder.
- Where call recording is enabled, you are responsible for complying with call-recording and consent laws and for giving any required disclosure to other parties.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use InsureDial to:
- Place automated, mass, or harassing calls, or any calls that violate the TCPA, Do-Not-Call rules, or other laws.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or entity.
- Evade carrier verification or fraud controls, or provide false information to a carrier.
- Use the service for anything other than your own legitimate, authorized carrier calls.
5. Subscription & billing
- InsureDial is $49/month and includes one dialing number. Additional dialing numbers are $5/month each, up to five total.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You may cancel your subscription, or cancel an individual add-on number, at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide partial-period refunds.
- Calling numbers we provision for you remain ours and are released when the related subscription or number is cancelled.
6. Call recording & AI summaries
Where enabled, we may record, transcribe, and generate AI summaries of your calls so you and your agency can review them. AI summaries are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate; they are for convenience and should not be relied on as a verbatim record. You consent to this processing and are responsible for any third-party consent required by law.
7. No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee that any call will reach a live representative, reach a particular department, or achieve any outcome. Carrier phone systems, hold times, and availability are outside our control.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsureDial is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
